Instructions
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and set aside.
Melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux, then gradually add milk and cook until thickened.
Stir in cheeses until melted, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce, fold in BBQ chicken, then serve topped with green onions and extra BBQ sauce if desired.
