A quick and delicious pumpkin hummus perfect for cozy snacking or entertaining, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Canned Goods

chickpeas, drained and rinsed

pumpkin purée (not pie filling)

cloves
garlic, minced or grated

lemon
lemon, juiced

tahini

pure maple syrup

kosher salt

ground cumin

For serving
extra olive oil, pomegranate arils, toasted pepitas, chopped rosemary, sliced apples, sliced carrots, pita chips, root veggie chips

Instructions
Add chickpeas, pumpkin, and garlic to a food processor and pulse to break into small pieces.
Add lemon juice, tahini, maple syrup, salt, cumin, cinnamon, and cayenne. Turn on processor.
Stream in olive oil while processing for 2-3 minutes until creamy with some small pieces.
Slowly add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired smoothness is achieved.
Serve topped with extra olive oil, rosemary or pomegranate arils. Enjoy with chips or sliced fruits and vegetables.
