A quick and vibrant slaw combining kale, apples, and cabbage with a tangy dressing, perfect for a healthy meal in minutes.
Ingredients
Dressing

Main ingredients

Instructions
Combine oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar or blender. Shake or process to combine.
Remove kale leaves from stems, finely slice, and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle kale with oil, sprinkle with salt, and massage for 3-5 minutes.
Add cabbage, carrots, and apples to the bowl.
Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
