This quick and flavorful honey garlic chicken skillet is perfect for a fast weeknight dinner, combining savory, sweet, and tangy flavors in just 20 minutes.

1.5lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs (or cutlets), cut into 1-inch pieces
1tbspolive oil
Salt and black pepper to tasteSalt and black pepper(to season)
0.5cuplow-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for GF)
0.25cuphoney
2tbsprice vinegar
1tbspgrated fresh ginger
4clovesgarlic, minced
1tbspcornstarch
2tbspcold water

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear chicken 3-4 mins per side until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
Pour sauce into skillet, simmer, then whisk in cornstarch slurry until thickened. Return chicken to coat.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
