Ingredients

1.5lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs
1cupteriyaki sauce
1tablespoonvegetable oil

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken thighs and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly crispy. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick.
Remove chicken, slice into strips, and prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil.
Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, carrots, and avocado. Top with chicken, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
