Delicious and easy raspberry bars made with just five ingredients, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
Dough and Crust

Raspberry Filling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
Mix 2 1/4 cups flour, oats, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
Press the remaining mixture into the pan, bake for 15-17 minutes until golden.
Cook raspberries with 2 tbsp sugar until boiling, mash until smooth, add 2 tbsp flour, simmer briefly.
Spread raspberry filling over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture, bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Notes
Chill the bars before slicing for best results.
