Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 125 g salted butter
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions 

  • Mix baking powder with flour and sift multiple times.
  • Beat softened butter until fluffy, then gradually add sugar and vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Fold in the flour mixture and finally add milk.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C, fill cupcake liners 3/4 full, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
