Instructions
Combine Cajun seasoning and shrimp, toss to coat.
Add sausage, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, salt, and oil; toss well.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook in 2 batches for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
Return first batch to air fryer and cook 1 minute.
