Instructions
Pat chicken dry, pound to even thickness, and rest for 15 minutes.
Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and optional herbs. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken in basket, cook for 7 minutes, flip, then cook 5–8 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve with lemon and herbs.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
