Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (or smoked paprika)
  • spray Olive oil (light coating)

Optional seasonings

  • Italian seasoning (or dried herbs)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry, pound to even thickness, and rest for 15 minutes.
  • Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and optional herbs. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken in basket, cook for 7 minutes, flip, then cook 5–8 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve with lemon and herbs.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
