  • 2 pounds chicken wings (party style)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions 

  • Pat wings dry, then place in a large bowl.
  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, and baking powder.
