Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Additional grated Parmesan cheese

Extra chopped fresh parsley

  • to taste extra chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Pat wings dry, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange wings in air fryer basket and cook for 24-26 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter, sauté garlic, then stir in Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Toss cooked wings with garlic-Parmesan sauce, garnish with extra cheese and parsley.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
