Ingredients

Meat

  • 0.45 kg ground beef
  • 0.45 kg ground lamb

Vegetables & Herbs

  • 1 small onion, diced finely
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.015 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Spices & Seasonings

  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix ground meats with diced onion, garlic, parsley, and spices until well combined.
  • Form mixture into small kebab shapes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place kebabs in the basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the meat mixture for 30 minutes before shaping.
