Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add cottage cheese and combine into a chunky dough.
Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
Brush bagels with beaten egg and add toppings if desired.
Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place bagels in basket and cook for 15-17 minutes until golden.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
