Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch optional salt (optional)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (2% or 4%)
  • 1 egg egg (optional)
  • Toppings toppings (everything seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds)

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add cottage cheese and combine into a chunky dough.
  • Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
  • Brush bagels with beaten egg and add toppings if desired.
  • Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place bagels in basket and cook for 15-17 minutes until golden.
  • Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
