A quick and flavorful dish combining crispy Brussels sprouts and tender chicken coated in sweet chili sauce, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

Instructions
Cut stems off Brussels sprouts, halve them, and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Air fry Brussels sprouts at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
Coat diced chicken in chili oil, ginger, garlic, chili powder, and salt.
Add chicken to air fryer with Brussels sprouts, stir, and cook for 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches 160-165ºF.
Add sweet chili sauce, stir, and cook or broil for 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
Notes
Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges for extra flavor.
