A creamy, flavorful chicken salad made with Greek yogurt, perfect for meal prep and light lunches over four days.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions 

  • Place the shredded chicken in a bowl.
