Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut chicken breasts lengthwise, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and olive oil.
Sear chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side; set aside.
Core and thinly slice the apple, then toss with lemon juice. Stuff chicken with apple slices and brie, secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Garnish with thyme.
Notes
