A rich and flavorful caramel sauce infused with apple cider and cinnamon, perfect for drizzling over desserts or ice cream.

Instructions
Reduce apple cider and cinnamon over medium-high heat until about ¼ cup remains. Set aside.
Heat sugar over medium-low without stirring until it begins melting, then tilt pan to melt evenly. Stir gently until deep amber, about 5-10 minutes.
Add butter gradually, stirring until melted. Carefully pour in warm cream, stirring constantly.
Mix in reduced apple cider, vanilla, and salt. Cook on low until smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool slightly before serving. Use warm or cold.
