Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (Use a gluten-free flour blend for an alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon (Infuses warmth and a classic flavor)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg (Optional but enhances flavor depth)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix wet ingredients: apple cider, melted butter, sugars, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
  • Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of caramel or a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
