Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk together milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Whisk eggs until fluffy, fold into batter with apples.
Pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle maker, cook until golden.
Serve with maple syrup and extra apples.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon on top before serving.
