Instructions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest in a food processor.
Add butter, pulse until combined, then add eggs and milk to form dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare apple filling by mixing diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla. Chill until ready.
Roll out dough, cut into rounds, fill with apple mixture, fold, and seal edges.
