Instructions
Cook apple filling: melt butter, add apples, sugars, spices, vanilla, and salt; cook until apples soften. Stir in flour and lemon juice; cool slightly.
Assemble egg rolls: place wrapper in diamond shape, brush edges, add filling, fold and roll tightly.
Fry egg rolls: heat oil to 350°F, fry rolls until golden, then drain on paper towels.
Prepare whipped cream: beat cream to soft peaks, add maple syrup and salt, then beat to stiff peaks.
Serve egg rolls warm, dusted with sugar, with maple whipped cream.
