A delicious and healthy apple smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium apples (cored)
  • 1 medium frozen banana

Dairy & Nuts

  • ¼ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Water

  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth. Add more water if thinner desired.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes

Use ripe apples for the best flavor.
