Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add sour cream, extracts, eggs, and applesauce; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Gently fold in shredded apples.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert and cool completely.
Whisk glaze ingredients and spoon over cooled cake. Sprinkle with pecans and let set.
Notes
For best results, use fresh apples and ensure ingredients are at room temperature.
