Instructions
Wash lettuce and chop chicken into small pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add chicken; cook until browned (7-10 min).
Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil; cook 2 min.
Remove from heat; fold in green onions.
Serve filling in lettuce leaves immediately.
