Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs

Vegetables

  • 8 leaves butter or romaine lettuce leaves

Aromatics

  • 4 pieces green onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)

Sauces & Oils

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions 

  • Wash lettuce and chop chicken into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add chicken; cook until browned (7-10 min).
  • Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil; cook 2 min.
  • Remove from heat; fold in green onions.
  • Serve filling in lettuce leaves immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped peanuts or a splash of hot sauce.
