Enjoy the cozy flavors of fall with tender chicken, sweet apples, and aromatic thyme in this quick skillet dish.

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil or butter in skillet, sear chicken 3–4 mins per side, then set aside.
Add onions to skillet, cook 3–4 mins until softened.
Stir in apples, cook 2–3 mins, then pour in cider and broth, scraping browned bits.
Add thyme, return chicken, simmer 8–10 mins until cooked and sauce thickens.
Notes
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete fall-inspired meal.
