Ingredients

Dressing

  • 4 ounces plain greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 2 small-medium avocados (roughly diced)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken (4 packed cups)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion (60 grams)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro (roughly chopped)

Instructions 

  • Mix greek yogurt, avocado, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  • Add chicken, red onion, and cilantro; stir to combine.
  • Serve in sandwiches, salads, or as desired.
