Instructions 

  • Dice chicken, avocados, and cucumber; halve cherry tomatoes; chop cilantro.
  • Combine chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss gently.
  • Whisk olive oil, lime juice, and cumin in a small bowl to make dressing.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to coat, keeping avocado chunky.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes for extra flavor.

Notes
