Ingredients

Dressing and Filling

  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 0.25 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley (minced)
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
  • 1 large avocado (peeled, pitted, sliced)
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)

Tortillas

  • 4 medium flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add cooked chicken to the dressing mixture and toss to coat.
  • Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
  • Spread chicken mixture on tortillas, then top with avocado, tomato, and cheese if desired. Roll up tightly.
  • Cut in half if desired and serve with extra ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
