Ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe Hass avocado
  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 0.75 cup light coconut milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions 

  • Combine liquids, soft fruits, then frozen items in a blender.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder for extra protein, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of water or more coconut milk.
