Instructions
Reduce apple cider in a saucepan until 1/3 cup remains; cool.
Mix egg, sugars, butter, milk, vanilla until smooth.
Whisk dry ingredients; combine with wet mixture and reduced cider.
Fill greased donut pan halfway; bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Cool donuts, then brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
