A creamy and cheesy baked pasta dish featuring tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted brie cheese for a decadent meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (seasoned with salt and pepper)

Pasta

  • 25 oz linguini (cooked)

Dairy & Fats

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups grated Parmesan

Cheese

  • 1 wheel brie cheese

Others

  • parsley parsley (chopped for garnish)
  • salt & pepper salt & pepper (to taste)
  • olive oil olive oil (for cooking chicken)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil until done. Set aside.
  • Melt butter, add garlic and heavy cream; bring to boil.
  • Add cooked chicken, parsley, and Parmesan to sauce; mix well.
  • Combine sauce with cooked linguini, transfer half to a baking pan, place brie in center, top with remaining pasta.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, bake at 350°F for 30 mins until golden, garnish with parsley, then serve.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and ensure chicken is fully cooked before baking.
