Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound chicken to even thickness and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush chicken with oil and pat dry if needed.
Mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper; sprinkle over chicken.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
