  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4 medium pieces)
  • 1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper ((or added to taste))
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil ((avocado oil, or melted butter))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound chicken to even thickness and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush chicken with oil and pat dry if needed.
  • Mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper; sprinkle over chicken.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
