A flavorful and tender baked chicken recipe marinated in Greek yogurt and herbs, perfect for a healthy meal.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

plain Greek yogurt

olive oil

lemon juice (fresh if possible)

garlic, minced

dried oregano

Instructions
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking dish.
Remove chicken from marinade, place in dish, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
