A flavorful and tender baked chicken recipe marinated in Greek yogurt and herbs, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh if possible)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking dish.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, place in dish, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Marinate for at least 1 hour for best flavor and tenderness.
