A flavorful and easy baked chicken recipe coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2-2½ pounds)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in the dish. Mix honey, mustard, oil, vinegar, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, turning to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, flipping and spooning sauce halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
