Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the dish. Mix honey, mustard, oil, vinegar, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken, turning to coat evenly.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, flipping and spooning sauce halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
