A flavorful and easy baked chicken recipe glazed with a tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, and olive oil to make the sauce.
  • Place chicken in dish, pour sauce over, and spread evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste once or twice.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and garnish.
