A flavorful and easy baked chicken recipe glazed with a honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning blend (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional but recommended)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken with the spice blend. Sear in 1½ tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes per side.
  • Mix honey, mustards, vinegar, paprika, and ½ tbsp olive oil to make sauce.
  • Transfer chicken to baking dish, pour sauce over, and add rosemary.
  • Cover with foil, bake 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes until cooked through.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
