A flavorful and easy baked chicken recipe glazed with a honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

chicken seasoning blend

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken with the spice blend. Sear in 1½ tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes per side.
Mix honey, mustards, vinegar, paprika, and ½ tbsp olive oil to make sauce.
Transfer chicken to baking dish, pour sauce over, and add rosemary.
Cover with foil, bake 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes until cooked through.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
