A flavorful and easy baked chicken dish with lemon and butter, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts (up to four pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 unit lemon (freshly squeezed juice from one lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste none salt and pepper

Garnish

  • optional none lemon slices and fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic. Melt butter and mix with lemon juice.
  • Place chicken in a greased dish, pour sauce over, and add lemon slices and parsley if desired.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway. Broil for 2-3 minutes for crispy skin.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with extra sauce and garnish.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
