Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Halve pears, scoop seeds, and trim bottoms for stability.
Mix oats, maple syrup, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Stuff pears with the mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until pears are soft and topping is crisp.
