A flavorful and easy baked chicken dish seasoned with paprika and garlic, finished with a lemon butter sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Season chicken evenly.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
Place chicken in baking dish. Melt butter, add garlic, broth, lemon juice, and stir. Pour over chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with sauce.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
