(leave stems on)

Vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or heavy cream (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cut pears in half, remove seeds, and arrange cut-side up in the dish.
Microwave honey, butter, and sugar until melted; stir in vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Spoon caramel over pears, bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake 10 more minutes. Add nuts and bake 5 minutes.
Notes
Serve warm with your choice of ice cream or yogurt.
