A simple and flavorful baked chicken recipe seasoned with ranch and garlic, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (even-sized)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • to taste N/A Black pepper
  • a handful N/A Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment.
  • Pat chicken dry, brush with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Sprinkle ranch mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over chicken.
  • Place in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
