cauliflower, washed and thoroughly dried

unsweetened almond milk

brown rice flour (or all-purpose flour if not gluten free)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Mix almond milk, flour, garlic powder, and ginger to create batter. Dip cauliflower pieces into the batter.
Arrange coated cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, scallions, and sesame seeds to make the glaze.
Toss baked cauliflower in the sesame glaze, garnish with extra scallions and sesame seeds, and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, bake cauliflower longer or broil for a few minutes.
