Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients, then add mashed banana and combine.
  • Pour wet into dry, stir until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Heat skillet over medium, pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form, flip, then cook until golden.
