Ingredients

  • 1 piece Banana
  • 100 g Egg whites (or 2 eggs)
  • 20 g Protein powder (optional)
  • 150 g Sweetened Greek yoghurt
  • to taste Strawberries or other fruit (for toppings)
  • to taste Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions 

  • Mix the banana, egg whites, and protein powder together.
  • Heat a pan and spray with oil.
  • Pour batter into the pan and cook until golden on each side.
  • Repeat with remaining mixture.
  • Top with fruit and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla.
