A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with smoky barbecue chicken, cheese, and fresh cilantro for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Flatbreads

flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

cooked chicken breast, shredded

barbecue sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

red onion, thinly sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on the sheet.
Toss shredded chicken with half of the barbecue sauce.
Spread remaining barbecue sauce on flatbreads, top with cheeses, chicken, and onions.
Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and flatbread is crisp. Garnish with cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or hot sauce before serving.
