A delicious homemade pizza topped with smoky barbecue chicken, cheeses, and fresh herbs for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Dough & Base

  • 1 ready-made pizza crust ready-made pizza crust (about 12 inches)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Cheese & Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Herbs & Oils

  • to taste Fresh cilantro leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • for brushing Olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  • Brush crust with olive oil and spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce.
  • Distribute chicken mixture, top with cheeses, and red onions.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly. Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce, garnish with green onions and cilantro.

Notes

For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone and preheat it in the oven.
