Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

Filling

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  • Spread olive oil on crust, then add chicken mixture.
  • Top with red onion, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the crust with garlic butter before baking.
