A flavorful and healthy rice bowl featuring seasoned beef, cauliflower rice, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Spice Mixture

lemon juice

dried oregano

beef sirloin steak

garlic

cauliflower rice

chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Combine lemon juice, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Rub onto steak.
Cook steak in skillet 3 minutes per side; set aside to rest.
Heat remaining olive oil, cook garlic 30 seconds, add cauliflower rice and salt; cook 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
Slice steak. Assemble bowls with cauliflower rice, steak, radishes, tomatoes, onion, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
