Add sauces: stir in oyster and hoisin sauces, cook 2 minutes.
Prepare rice: in another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, stir-fry frozen vegetables 2-3 minutes, scramble egg if using, then add rice and soy sauce, stir-fry 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best results and adjust seasoning to taste.
