A quick and flavorful beef stir fry loaded with colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

oyster sauce

cornstarch mixed with cold water slurry
Instructions
Slice beef against the grain, toss with cornstarch, and set aside. Prepare vegetables and sauce ingredients.
Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, beef broth, and cornstarch slurry to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, sear beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove.
In the same pan, add remaining oil, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add onions, carrots, broccoli; stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add bell peppers and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to pan, pour in sauce, and cook 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a low-carb option, serve over cauliflower rice instead of traditional rice.
